The Nooksack Alcohol and Chemical Dependency program provides a safe environment for youth, adult women and men to examine the roots of addiction and their personal growth in early recovery.  The Chemical Dependency Counselors are certified alcohol and substance abuse counselors who guide each participant in the healing process through educational lectures, individual counseling, and group psychotherapy.  In addition, each participant is introduced to the foundation of 12-Step recovery and develops new coping skills to prepare for life daily stressors without resorting back to active addiction and self-destructive behaviors. Most importantly, each participant is guided through self-discovery through traditional teachings and spiritual ceremonies.
